Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Because many of our bracelets are made to order, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USPS First Class Mail: 5–7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
  • USPS Priority Express: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery for eligible orders.

  • Delivery hours: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • You will be contacted via the email provided at checkout to coordinate delivery

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays, Lost, or Missing Packages

If you have not received your order within 20 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at chosenbracelets@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
